Welcome and thanks for joining us in our preloved fashion sale.

As lovers of fashion and our environment, we are hosting this event again as an opportunity for the community to re-love their wardrobes.

Set-Up: From 10am
Event Start: Starts 12 noon
Event End: 5pm

Cost:
$20 per stall holder

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Stall holders must be present and responsible for their items.

  • Any unsold items must be taken away at the end of the event.

  • Items for sale may include second-hand clothing and fashion accessories ONLY.

  • Items must be in good condition and free of damage.

  • Items must be labelled with the sale price.

  • A limited number of stall spaces are available in two sizes: 3m x 3m or 3m x 6m

  • Display items such as tables, racks and hangers must be supplied by each stall holder.

  • This is a not-for-profit community event. We welcome individuals to participate, but not businesses.

    GENERAL RULES AT THE EVENT

  • Cash only. Please note AMSG does not offer cash out. Please ensure you have change or you are happy to process electronic transfers yourself.

  • Parking is available nearby. Please use the Great Alpine Road access points for unloading. Vehicles are not permitted within the event area.

  • Stall space availability is on a first come first served basis.

  • Organisers bear no responsibility in these transactions.

  • Bright Brewery is providing the site for this event. Any alcohol consumed must be purchased from the venue. Stall holders are welcome to bring their own refreshments, such as water and snacks.

  • Wet Weather Plan. There is no indoor backup venue. In the event of wet weather, the event will be cancelled (with registrations refunded) or postponed.

    ULTIMATE OUTCOME

  • We want to encourage the community to be conscious of how their choices affect our environment and to provide an opportunity to up-cycle, reuse and recycle.

  • We welcome any feedback/comments for improvements.

    To register your interest, please complete and submit the form below by 7 March 2026.
    Limited stalls available register early to avoid disappointment.

    Once registration is received, Bright Brewery will send an invoice for stall payment via email.
