Welcome and thanks for joining us in our preloved fashion sale!

To register your interest, please read the below terms and complete the form by Wednesday 17 September 2025.

Terms & Conditions

  • Stall holders must be present and responsible for their items.

  • Any items not sold are to be taken away.

  • Items for sale may include second-hand clothing and fashion accessories (only).

  • Items must be in good condition and free of damage.

  • Items must be labelled with the sale price.

  • A limited number of tables and chairs are available for use (first come, first served). Items for showcasing items eg racks and hangers, are provided by stall holders.

  • Stall sizes to be limited to approximately 2m2

  • This is a not-for-profit community event. We welcome individuals but not businesses to take part.

    General Rules at the Event

  • Cash only. Please note AMSG does not offer cash out. Please ensure you have change or you are happy to process electronic transfers yourself.

  • Limited parking is available. Please use the space provided to unload and park on the street or nearby parking areas.

  • Stall space availability is on a first come first served basis.

  • Organisers bear no responsibility in these transactions.

    Ultimate Outcome

  • We want to encourage the community to be conscious of how their choices affect our environment and to provide an opportunity to up-cycle, reuse and recycle.

  • We welcome any feedback/comments for improvements and will send stall holders a short feedback questionnaire afterwards.

  • The event will be listed on the AMSG events page and on our socials. Please share it with your friends!
