In a world that moves fast and demands more than ever, it’s easy to feel disconnected—from ourselves, our needs, and the land we walk on.
This gentle 4-week evening series offers women a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. Through mindful movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and trauma-informed embodiment practices, we’ll explore practical ways to care for our mental and emotional wellbeing.
Each 60-minute session includes:
Grounding and calming techniques for the nervous system
Reflective journaling prompts
Nature-based mindfulness
Take-home resources to support your practice
No experience with yoga, meditation, or mindfulness is required—just a willingness to show up and be curious. This is a safe, welcoming space for all women.
All participants will receive a printed workbook, guided audio meditations, and gentle tips to explore between sessions.
