Explore how strength supports healthy ageing, hormones, bone density, and injury prevention
Build confidence in a supportive, inclusive space
You’ll also be introduced to a structured 6-week follow-up program designed to build strength progressively—ideal for those returning to exercise, managing injuries, or starting from scratch.
Led by qualified local coaches, this is about learning what your body can do—not pushing beyond your limits.
