2-Day Foundations Workshop (In Person)

6-Week Online Training Program
Weekly strength sessions delivered via an app or printable PDF.
Designed to support progression, confidence, and consistency
Do it at home or at your own gym – with optional Wednesday evening access to Bright Bootcamp, where a trainer will be on hand to assist and support you
Great for those returning to movement, managing injuries, or starting fresh
This program is perfect if you want structure, support, and a safe place to start.
All fitness levels welcome – move at your pace.
